Ballad of the dreams

Nobody knows that in the morning dreams are trapped from the night
Nobody knows that our fragile dreams are broken by the light

So much did the fields wait
for the first beams of the sun
but the night is still young, the moon rules the lands
and dreams are floating until the night ends

The fields wave in the breeze
the moon hides behind the trees
the night sinks into the deep, light has arrived
dreamers are woken by the light.

Through the gates of the nightsky
sounds of the day break the spell
and the time is now short until the Sun shows her eyes

Északi szél balladája

Régen itt északon a szél hangja dalra kelt
a természet hangszerét pengetve ő felelt
megfújta  a fűzek játékos zöld lombját
pengette a hideg zúzmarák dorombját
Madarak énekét, erdők suttogását
hideg ég és havas mezők susogását
dalával szórta be, ezer tónak ágyát
kísérte a fehér éjszakáknak álmát.

De hívta már régóta a víz a tengeren
habjait fésülni sok sötét reggelen
és letért az útjáról, hullamokra szállva
a vízek tetején a holnapra várva
Mégis úgy hiányzott az erdők homálya
de az utat vissza többé nem találja
Villámok kergették, sziklák elzavarták…
s hajnalban a felhők a lelkét betakarták.

Holdhimnusz

Hold tüze, hold tüze, jöjj
szívem mélyébe ömölj
mutasd az utat nekem
a puszta végtelenben

Peregrinus was born somewhere around the year 2004. In 2005 we managed to release our first album in the Alias Studio, called Utak mentén (By the roads).  It had quite a big succes, mostly in our school, but some songs were played in the radio as well. After that we were invited to many places to play, we had a lot of concerts, including some in other cities, and in the end of the year our CD also reached America. After 2006 the band started to have serious problems, and it was getting harder and harder to arrange rehearsals and concerts. But trying to fight these difficulties we recorded our second album, called Csillagok zenéje( Music of the Stars) . Unfortunately due to financial problems we couldn’t release our second album yet, but we are planning to do it very soon.

The songs have been written by my sister Orsi, who is a great composer:) The lyrics were written by me. The violins are played by Bogi and Anna, the guitar by Levi and the percussions by Laci. The recorder and the indian flute is played by me. The drums were played by Tibor, out sound technician, and by the Holy Thunderforce:)
